Richardson’s Jersey Royals

We take great pride in our Royals and so wishing to ensure the very best eating experience for our customers we have created a system from field to fork that is totally unique in the potato industry.

Richardson’s Jersey Royals are hand picked and gently packed within minutes in the field. Our system holds the freshness of our Royals and retains as much of their delicate skins as possible in order to fully capture the famous Jersey Royal flavour. Heat sealing the bags ensures the freshness is sealed in!

The specially lined paper bags are neatly packed in our sturdy postal boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Richardson’s Jersey Royals are firstly packed in 600g packs at the beginning of the season, progressing to 750g and then settling at 1kg packs for the remainder of the season.

All our postal packs are flown out of the island every evening (weather permitting) ensuring the shortest possible delivery times and therefore the very freshest, tastiest Jersey Royals.

All of our crops have been grown with the assistance of liquid seaweed and this is very beneficial not only to the soil but to the flavour and texture of our Royals.
